I am a lover of food from the exquisite to the simple. I have dabbled in cuisines from all over the world in order to teach myself new things. I have also taught myself a lot about cooking for people with food sensitivities. (That can make for some very challenging and creative substitutions.) My food is always tasty, but it isn’t always pretty. I’m okay with that.
In addition to cooking, I am a writer, musician, storyteller, and occasional artist.
